Job Description and Qualifications: Full-Time Position (DVM/CCRP or CCRT) – North Georgia Veterinary Specialists – Buford, GA. If you have a certification in veterinary rehabilitation and acupuncture (for companion animals) and would enjoy having a location filled with the tools and space you need to successfully care for your patients then keep reading! North Georgia Veterinary Specialists, an accredited AAHA practice located in North Metro Atlanta expanded to a new 4000 sq. ft. facility designed to supply our clinicians with a holistic and homeopathic haven to work with animals needing support for conditions such as post-orthopedic procedure and neurological care, arthritis, preventative and injury recovery for working/sporting dogs and other chronic pain issues/geriatric care.
We encourage collaboration with our Board-Certified Surgeons on patient care, to bring the best in all aspects of integrative medicine. We also work closely with general practitioners and veterinary specialists, who refer to us to provide rehabilitative services to their clients. Our model is to partner with these doctors as a supportive team member to implement the care they desire for their patients.
Our facility has a large gym space, class-4 laser, electrical stimulation/therapeutic ultrasound machine, two heated underwater treadmills, and we offer custom bracing and other assistive device options, (and a large open area for agility therapy). The ideal candidate will be interested in helping us manage and grow the practice, and in return we offer generous compensation based on production.
