Help us grow our beloved rehab service at Sierra Ranch Veterinary Clinic & Pet Rehabilitation Center. We’re a privately owned, two-doctor small animal GP and rehab practice seeking a CCAT/CCRP/CCRT credentialed DVM to step into an established caseload with excellent support. This is a part-time role (2–3 days/week, 10-hour shifts) with flexible scheduling, with the possibility of full-time with additional hours in General Practice.

Your Toolbox
- 2 underwater treadmills, 1 dry treadmill
- Two Class IV lasers, ultrasound, e-stim

- Digital radiography, IDEXX in-house lab machines
- Cloud-based records: IDEXX Neo
What You’ll Do
- Lead rehabilitation evaluations, rechecks, and treatment plans.
- Oversee multimodal therapy (UWTM, laser, therapeutic exercise, e-stim, etc.).
- Collaborate with GP, RVTs, VAs and visiting specialists for whole-patient care.
- Educate and support pet owners with clear home-exercise and progress plans.
- Guide and mentor rehab support team to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent (Required)
- License: California State Veterinary (Required)
- CCAT, CCRP, or CCRT credential – required
- 1+ year(s) of experience (newer rehab DVMs with strong fundamentals are welcome)
- Strong communication, compassionate client education, and case management skills
- A devotion to patient comfort, function, and quality of life
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time: 2–3 days/week, 10-hour shifts (days are flexible)
- Possibility of full-time with additional hours in General Practice
- Compensation: Competitive ProSal compensation (base salary + production bonus)
