We would like to add another animal professional to join our established group.  A  Hydrotherapist would be ideal, but we welcome other animal disciplines that would like to support our existing customers, ie: Chiropractor, Vet, etc.

This is a newly created position in our busy veterinary rehabilitation service in Waltham.  MSPCA-Angell West is looking for applicants who have experience in animal handling to provide Angell-West’s patients with excellent rehabilitation and customer services.

Our Rehabilitation Aides support the Veterinary Physical Therapist by assisting with handling and proper care of patients during exams as well as procedures and ensures the overall care and comfort of our patients.  Some of the daily responsibilities of this position include assisting the Physical Therapist with performing therapeutic manipulations and exercises, including patient swim sessions as well as overall monitoring of patients and ensuring their care and comfort. In addition, maintenance and upkeep of patient swimming pool and daily stocking and cleaning of work areas, including laundry.
